Welcome to Nesmi! By purchasing our 3D printed products, you agree to the following terms:

Product Quality

• Every Nesmi item is made-to-order using 3D printing — slight variations in texture, layering, or finish are a natural result of the process and not considered defects.
• Colors may appear differently due to screen calibration, lighting, or filament batch differences.
• Tiny surface marks or visible layer lines on non-visible sides are common in additive manufacturing and do not affect functionality or overall quality.

Shipping

• Standard dispatch time is 5–7 business days from order placement.
• For customized or large-volume orders, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production.
• In rare cases, if a specific filament or color is out of stock, fulfillment may take slightly longer. We’ll always notify you if delays are expected.
• Shipping times may vary by location and courier service availability.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and packaged securely.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless received damaged or defective.
• An unboxing video is required to validate any damage or return claims.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
• After that window, production begins and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Liability

• Nesmi is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use or mishandling of the products after delivery.
