Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in secure packaging.
• The return package must include all parts, accessories, and any original inserts.
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory to validate claims for damage or defects.

Please note:

​Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part.
